REQUIREMENTS:
You must be a certified dentist (please pass photocopy of diploma. PRC certification and PRC card)
You must be a member of the Philippine Dental Association (please pass photocopy of PDA ID)
You must be a taxpayer (please pass photocopy of ITR - this is needed for the visa req't)
You must be available on March 24 to 27 for Seoul Korea, April 28 to 30 in Philippines, June 26 to 28 in Philippines.
